Shipping & Returns

Your order is not billed until we ship and shipping charges are also calculated and billed when we ship. We generally ship by either UPS or Priority mail. You will not be billed for back orders and when your back ordered item comes available, shipping charges will be waived.

Items may be exchanged within the first week of receipt. After that time, our retail store customers (wholesale accounts) will be charged a 25% restocking fee so long as the items are still in the current catalogs. Discontinued items may not be returned for credit.
