Shipping & Returns

Your order is not billed until we ship and shipping charges are also calculated and billed when we ship. We generally ship by either UPS or Priority mail. You will not be billed for back orders and when your back ordered item comes available, shipping charges will be waived.

Wholesale Accounts: Items may be exchanged within the first week of receipt. After that time, our retail store customers  will be charged a 25% restocking fee so long as the items are still in the current catalogs. Discontinued items may not be returned for credit.

Consumer Direct: Items may be returned for full refund within 15 days of receipt. After that time, credit will be given for price at time of return. Credit vouchers do not expire.

Guarantee: All sterling and vermeil items have a 7 year guarantee. Items from our fashion collection have a 90 day guarantee from date of purchase. We will repair or replace items within the guarantee window.
